An urgent requirement for an ITIL Certified IT Support Engineer.

London, City Office based

To be considered for this position you must be ITIL Certified (any level will be fine).

You MUST also have extensive and recent experience in IT Controls Governance and exposure to joiner/leaver/mover processes. We need strong audit remediation experience for this position.

Usual Microsoft Desktop Support skills required (Windows, AD, Azure, Office 365, Intune, PC, and Laptop Support, Remote Support, Exchange etc)

This is mainly a 1st and 2nd Line Technical Support position

My client is a world-class Financial Services and insurance firm growing and looking to invest heavily in 2025 in their IT Department. Now is an ideal to joining their newly created (inhouse) IT Support Fucntion (around 4-5 people at present)
