DIRECT CONTRACTOR PLACEMENT PAYROLL SERVICES

In addition to our traditional Contractor Placement services we also offer a Direct Contractor Placement Payroll Service (DCPPS).
Over the past 10 years this service has grown significantly. With the increase of internal talent acquisition resources and client direct advertising, the direct contract placement ratio has grown exponentially. Our fully serviced DCPPS offering is completely configurable, bespoke and tailored to suit the needs of our clients.

We’ll handle the contract

Once the direct contract placement is agreed (between client and candidate) i3 then handles all aspects of the contract on behalf of both parties.

We cover everything from payroll administration; contact issue, terms and agreement; assurance of certified and FSA regulated Umbrella firms (for INSIDE contract placements); Support of Statements of Work (SoW) for Outside IR35 placements, Contractor monthly billing and payments and the complete management of the end-to-end contractor and client placement journey experience.
